Tony Martucci is a hardworking and dedicated leader with more than 30 years of experience in dietary management. Although he has been a valued member of the Mentor Hills Post Acute team for just over a year, he has already demonstrated an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional food quality and outstanding service to our residents.
In addition to ensuring nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents, Tony goes above and beyond by preparing meals for staff during special events and assisting other departments with community outreach to help promote our facility. As a respected leader in the kitchen, he works seamlessly alongside his team to ensure every resident receives the nutritious meals they deserve. Tony also actively participates in monthly Food Committee meetings, listening to resident feedback and helping ensure their dining experience continues to meet their needs and expectations.
Outside of work, Tony is a devoted husband, proud father of two, and grandfather of six, with a seventh grandchild on the way. A lifelong Cleveland baseball fan, he enjoys collecting Chief Wahoo memorabilia to decorate his man cave. Tony is also an award-winning chili cook, having earned numerous honors in local chili cook-offs. In his spare time, he serves as a concession stand manager at Lake County Captains Stadium, where he continues to share his passion for great food and excellent service.
We are proud to have Tony as part of the Mentor Hills Post Acute family and appreciate the dedication, leadership, and compassion he brings to our team every day.
