Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Erik Byman, Dietary Aide, who joined our team about six months ago!

Erik has already made a wonderful impression on our community. He’s been observed on several occasions going above and beyond for our residents—from fixing a resident’s shoe to helping transport residents when needed.

What stands out most is Erik’s positive attitude and upbeat interactions with both our residents and fellow team members. His willingness to lend a helping hand and make someone’s day a little easier truly makes a difference.
