Summer is Nearly Here!

Summer is almost here and as we have witnessed this week it looks like we will have some Monsoon activity this year. I don't know about you but I had one of those pressure headaches this week that left me feeling miserable. Had I not just had my massage I would have been crying for one. Thankfully taking care of myself is a necessity and I was able to get up and keep moving because I honor myself with care.

I have some availability this Saturday and a few next week so perhaps they may fit in your schedule. Sometimes I have any schedule changes so it's always a great idea to text me because it may just be the time you need.

I also want to remind you to stay hydrated!!

Is It Summer Yet?

Happy Memorial Day! The unofficial beginning of summer! Graduations, pool parties, baseball and plenty of sunshine, at least here in Arizona.

Boy have you been busy. It seems everyone I talk to has had something to celebrate this week.

Are you tired yet? I bet you could use some relaxation about now. Well the good news is that I will be back in my office on Tuesday and I have a few openings left this week.

Let's have some fun with it and try something new. For instance, you could schedule 30 minutes of Reflexology with my 30 minute facial massage. (This is the last week at the special price of $40!) Or you could have and hour of area specific massage with a half hour facial massage. Or extend your usual 90 minutes to 120 minutes of complete full body massage. Check out my website for more ideas. Then you can schedule online or text me with your request.

Time for a Facial Tune-Up!

May will be here before you know it and once again I am offering my tremendously relaxing Facial Massage at a discounted rate.
