This week, we proudly celebrated our incredible Certified Nursing Assistants who bring compassion, dedication, and heart to our community every single day. ❤️
To show our appreciation, we enjoyed a fun-filled Spirit Week with themed dress-up days, delicious food, lots of laughter, and activities that brought our team together. From creative outfits to shared meals and memorable moments, it was a wonderful way to recognize the amazing work our CNAs do for our residents and families.
Thank you to all of our CNAs for your hard work, kindness, and commitment to providing exceptional care. You are the heart of our community, and we are so grateful for everything you do!

We are thrilled to announce that Methuen Village has been reaccredited as a Purple Flag community! A Purple Flag accreditation indicates excellence and continuous improvement in the quality of services for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia. As a Senior Living Residences community, we focus on holistically enhancing seniors' cognitive, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being in order to provide them with the best possible quality of life. By renewing this accreditation every 3 years, families and eldercare professionals can trust that we are consistently meeting the gold standard in memory care, creating a safe, happy, and healthy home for all our residents.

We were so happy to have the chorus from Methuen High School perform for the residents and community at Methuen Village. The level of talent was out of this world! It was such a special treat for everyone here, and we are so grateful they brightened our day with their wonderful performance!

📸We had such a fun visit from the High School photography class! Students taught residents about cameras, helped them take photos, and even set up an amazing portrait studio with fun props, including the famous fish hat!
Our residents had an incredible time laughing, posing, and making memories. We’re so grateful for experiences like this that bring so much joy, laughter, and connection to our community! ❤️

Alison Derderian, a passionate beekeeper, recently visited Methuen Village and created quite the buzz with her wonderful presentation about bees, honey, and the art of beekeeping. She shared how her love for bees began alongside her father, who was also a beekeeper, and it was truly heartwarming to hear the special memories and passion behind her journey.
Residents were fascinated as they explored a real hive setup and viewed honeycomb up close, making the experience both educational and unforgettable. The sweet highlight of the day was tasting a variety of delicious honeys and we even had a sampling of mead! 🍯✨
To top it all off, Ali surprised everyone with thoughtful goody bags filled with honey candies, which brought so many smiles to our residents’ faces. It was a day full of learning, laughter, and sweet moments that everyone will treasure.
A huge thank-you to Ali for sharing her time, knowledge, and love for bees with us. We’re so grateful she could bee part of our community for the day! 🐝💛🍯
