Lets talk about the 1 month post op mark!

Usually 1 month after your procedure here are some things you can expect:
1. Cleared to exercise
2. Improvement in swelling
3. Implants still settling in
4. Bruising subsides
5. Patients begin feeling like themselves again
6. Everyday activities begin to feel normal again

It’s important to remember that the one month mark is still not your final result! They may still feel firm, they may sit a little higher than expected, and they can even look slightly uneven while they settle! That is all considered normal & part of the healing process! ✨
