Ear keloids are more common than most people realize, and they're also one of the hardest things to treat well.

This patient came to me after living with a keloid on his earlobe. What you're seeing in the second photo is immediately post-op, and the early result already speaks for itself.

Here's why so many people struggle to get lasting results: surgery alone carries a recurrence rate of up to 60%. The keloid comes back, sometimes even larger than before. That's not a surgery problem. That's a treatment plan problem.

My protocol is different. I combine surgical excision with radiation therapy, and I start radiation immediately after the procedure. That combination is what drives recurrence rates down to less than 10%.

✨ Outpatient excision performed in-office
✨ In-house radiation started same day as surgery
✨ Recurrence rate reduced to under 10%
✨ Treatment tailored to size, location, and your personal history

If you've already had a keloid removed and watched it come back, or if you've been told your only option is to live with it, I want to talk.

This patient had chest masculinization surgery performed elsewhere and developed keloids along the incisions. He came to me to address them.

In the first image, you can see the keloids that had formed. In the second, you can see the results after I surgically removed them and followed up with radiation therapy to prevent recurrence.

Here is what most people do not realize: surgical removal alone is often not enough. When surgery is the only treatment, keloids frequently grow back. That is why my protocol combines surgical excision with radiation therapy, starting right away after the procedure. Radiation is the most critical part of the treatment plan, and it is what significantly reduces the risk of the keloids returning.

The entire procedure is done as an outpatient under local or general anesthesia depending on the size and location, and typically takes between one and two hours.

If you are dealing with keloids after any surgery, whether performed here or elsewhere, I can help. Reach out to my team to schedule a consultation and let's talk through what the right plan looks like for you.

Thinking about a facelift? Here's what I share with every patient.

There are a few things I want you to know going in:

You don't need general anesthesia. I perform facelifts under IV sedation with an anesthesiologist present the entire time. Less stress on your body, quicker recovery.

The goal is never to look "done." I use a deep-plane technique that repositions the deeper layers of your face, not just the skin. The results look natural because they work with your anatomy.

Downtime is more manageable than most people expect. Modern techniques have come a long way, and most of my patients are genuinely surprised by how smooth recovery feels when the procedure is done right.

If you've been curious about what a facelift could actually do for you, I'd love to have that conversation. Book a consultation at the link in my bio.

One of the most common questions I get: how long does a facelift actually last?

For the deep plane facelift I perform, I tell my patients to expect an eight to ten-year result. And here's what I find really reassuring for patients: even at the eight or ten-year mark, if you compare yourself to your before photos, you'll still see real advantages, especially along the neck and jawline.

Now, if you had jowling before surgery, you may start to notice a hint of that returning around that time, and there will be some continued laxity. We can't stop aging entirely. But what we can do is give you a significant, lasting rejuvenation that keeps you ahead of where you would have been.

Eight to ten years of looking and feeling like a refreshed version of yourself. That's what the deep plane facelift is designed to deliver.

10 weeks post-op from her inner thigh lift and arm lift (brachioplasty), and she is already loving her results. ✨

At 10 weeks, this is exactly where I expect her to be. The incision lines are healing beautifully and will continue to fade over the next several months. Final results take 3 to 6 months to fully mature, and she still has a lot of improvement ahead.

Here’s what I did for her:

✨ Inner thigh lift to remove excess skin and tighten the upper leg contour

✨ Brachioplasty to eliminate loose arm skin and restore definition

✨ Incisions placed strategically to stay as concealed as possible

She said it perfectly: “I’m amazingly happy. Major difference.”

If you’ve been thinking about a thigh lift, arm lift, or both, I’d love to talk through what that could look like for you.
