Big news for The Palace Group 🍽️

Executive Chef Richart Hartman at The Palace Suites - Independent Living Residences has been named to the DISHED Senior Living Dining Innovation Awards Class of 2026, recognized in the Elevating the Experience category.

His “365 in the 305” program, which features a different dinner menu every night of the year with no repeats, continues to redefine what dining can look like in senior living.

More than 400 family members gathered at The Palace Royale this weekend for a beautiful Mother’s Day celebration honoring the incredible mothers in the community. The afternoon featured live music, entertainment and a delicious buffet prepared by Chef Mauricio. At The Palace, we value the importance of family, connection, and creating meaningful experiences for residents.

The teams at The Palace Renaissance and The Palace Royale recently came together to support a local women’s shelter, donating toiletries and essential items to more than 25 young women during a special Mother’s Day event.

Chef Mauricio also prepared delicious treats to help make the day extra special. As shared by Adinora, Events and Ministry Coordinator, “Your abundance of contributions has been our answered prayers.”

It's all about moms this weekend for Mother's Day! The Palace at Weston kicked off the celebration early with a Denim & Diamonds party, paying tribute to the special ladies in our lives. Everyone enjoyed a beautiful spread of brunch favorites prepared by the award-winning community's talented culinary team, all while surrounded by a touch of bling and plenty of shine.

We’re proud to see The Palace Gardens featured on CBS Miami for a memorable senior prom where deputies from Miami Dade Sheriff’s Office attended as residents’ dates. It’s a powerful example of how our communities continue to foster connection, engagement and a true sense of belonging.

The seniors were able to feel "forever young" with the officers joining them in a prom themed party.

Residents at Palace Coral Gables took the stage to share their advice, life lessons and words of wisdom with the next generation during a special “Seniors to Seniors” panel. About 100 graduating seniors from Riviera Schools joined in, creating a genuine exchange between generations that was filled with perspective, laughter and meaningful conversation.

It was a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for residents to connect, explore and make memories that will last forever!
