Our Community Services Department joined French Representative Christopher Weissberg, along with the Domestic Violence Oversight Board (DVOB), The Women’s Fund Miami-Dade, the University of Miami School of Law, and the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office for an open discussion on local practices, barriers survivors face, and opportunities to improve access to support and resources.

Through a No Wrong Door Approach, together we can build stronger partnerships and a safer community for all.

🍂 Our community event brought neighbors together!

This weekend, the Community Services Department welcomed residents to the Naranja No Wrong Door Community Resource Center for a day filled with resources, activities and community connection.

From employment and health resources to family support, food distribution and children’s entertainment, the event highlighted the importance of bringing essential services directly to the communities we serve.
