From employment support, to creative and recreational activities, to transportation and residential services, we help people with developmental disabilities enjoy life and help to build a more inclusive world. Our Maher Center team supports people with developmental disabilities in envisioning and creating full, happy lives that reflect their individual interests and aspirations. In the process, w

e enrich life on Aquidneck Island and throughout the East Bay by helping members of our Maher Center family work, volunteer for other nonprofits, participate in civic activities, and contribute in so many ways to the cities and towns in which they live. Your charitable giving, your volunteerism, and your faith in our mission makes it all possible. Together, we're making the world a little brighter for everyone - every day.

We love music; and we LOVE drumming with John Belisle!!! The bongos, rattles and tambourines are fun to tap. The drum circle has amazing energy and we love participating in it!

It’s a great day for a great day! We are had a great time at the park! It’s so great to be able to swing safely and relax.

We had a great time in Tiverton at Forza Cavallo Farm. It was great to be invited into their greenhouse to see what they are growing. Our souls were filled with joy being in nature with the animals and the beautiful sunshine!
