Clark State College is looking for a Program Coordinator to lead their developing Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program. This is a great chance to leave a lasting mark on OT education in Ohio!

Starting as early as August 2026, this full-time, 9-month faculty role puts you in the driver's seat. You won't just be teaching; you'll be building the curriculum, establishing clinical fieldwork partnerships, and navigating ACOTE candidacy. Clark State College is seeking someone with:
🎓 Bachelor's in a health-related field (Master's preferred)
📜 Active Ohio OT/OTA license & NBCOT certification
⏳ 3+ years of clinical practice experience
📋 Deep understanding of ACOTE Standards and accreditation

Position Details:
💰 Starting salary: $55,000/yr (commensurate with experience)

Clark State College is hiring a Program Coordinator for their developing Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program, starting August 2026!

This is a full-time, 9-month instructional faculty role where you will lead the organization, administration, and ACOTE accreditation efforts for a brand-new program. In this role you will help build the curriculum, establish clinical fieldwork partnerships, and shape the future of OT in Ohio.
