For many teens, the shift from structure to summer can bring more than excitement. Changes in routine, social pressure, increased screen time, isolation, anxiety, or family stress can make this transition especially difficult.

Our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) helps teens stay supported, connected, and emotionally grounded during the transition from school to summer break. Through group therapy, skill-building, peer support, and individualized care, adolescents can strengthen coping strategies while maintaining progress in their mental health journey.

Summer can be a time for healing, growth, and renewed confidence...with the right support in place.

"Clear Reflections’ IOP has been an incredibly meaningful support for our child and our entire family. The staff truly understands the unique mental health challenges teens face and does an excellent job meeting each child where they are while gently encouraging growth.

I was initially concerned about potential negative peer influences in an IOP setting, but that hasn’t been our experience at all. The counselors are deeply caring, proactive in communicating any concerns, and supportive of the whole family throughout the program.
