๐Ÿ’™ Happy CNA Week! ๐Ÿ’™
This week, we proudly recognize and celebrate our incredible Certified Nurse Assistants who make a difference every single day.

CNAs are the heart of our resident careโ€”providing compassion, comfort, dignity, and support to those who need it most. Their dedication, hard work, and kindness do not go unnoticed, and the impact they make extends far beyond the tasks they perform.

Thank you to our CNAs for your unwavering commitment, your caring hearts, and the countless ways you improve the lives of our residents and their families. We are grateful for everything you do and honored to have you as part of our team.

Please join us in celebrating and thanking our amazing CNAs during CNA Week! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ‘

Today we had some special visitors! Milford High School students from the FCCLA Club came and brought supplies to make blankets with the residents! The star of the show of course was Dozer(the doggie)! We loved the sweet Treats too! Thank you Ivy, for thinking of us and making our residents' day special! Thank you to all of the volunteers and parents that came and helped from that class.

Getting to know our scheduler:
I am Bielinda, I became a CNA in 1994. I got into this field because I wanted to take care of the elderly and to make a difference. I love what I do for the patients and residents. I have been in the business for 32 long years; I have learned a lot and met so many different people in my walk of being CNA. I have never had so many different grandparents and parents in my years of doing this job. I have had many different jobs in this career. I have done Restorative care, and I took on the opportunity of doing staffing for a few different companies. This was a great move for me. I have been able to meet so many different people and staff.

I'm a mom of 2 wonderful grown adults and a grandmother of 1. I'm the 4th oldest of five siblings. I have three sisters and one brother; we are very close. One sister lives in Atlanta and one sister lives in Boynton Beach, FL. And the rest of us live here with our lovely mother. In June of 2015 I had the worse scare of my life -- being diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer. I had two surgeries, and I had to do 16 rounds of chemo and 33 rounds of radiation treatment. After treatment, I would leave and go to work knowing I was sick but God saw me through it all. And as of June 9, 2026, I will be 11 years cancer free!

In my daily walk of life, I love to travel with my family and friends. And I love going to church and singing in the choir. I love gospel music, R&B, and jazz. I love to decorate for different events, weddings, and church events and make gift baskets in my spare time.
