We have been super busy over at SEM Terrace the last 2 weeks . We joined the senior olympics over at SEM Haven along with SEM Laurels and Magnolia Springs . We spent a few days practicing and it really payed off we won so many medals !!! Our team was amazing and worked really hard 😁. Today a few of us took a trip over to Belterra Casino 🎰. The fun never stops at the Terrace !!! Have a great weekend everyone .

This week at SEM Terrace we practiced for our senior olympics games that will take place on the 15th and The Short Term Memory band played for us today and they were great . Here is some pictures of our week !!! Also we want to say congratulations to Johnny v on his retirement from Kroger we are glad we will get to see you more now !!!

We had a blast this week at SEM Terrace !!! A local floral farmer brought us in some flowers and a few residents made some arrangements (thanks so much Marcella ) . Then on Wednesday we had Elvis in the building .

SEM Terrace is hiring! LIVE-IN RESIDENT MANAGER. Retirement community in Milford, OH is seeking a live-in manager to be on duty on the premises every other week when the office is closed. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering the phone for emergency calls from our residents and securing the building each night.
