A cozy morning of conversation, coffee & better sleep!

Today’s Coffee & Conversation with Your Pharmacist was a small gathering, but it turned into such a meaningful conversation. We talked about sleep, natural sleep supplements, what the evidence actually says, and some simple non-medication approaches that can support better sleep.

Sometimes a smaller group makes for an even better conversation — lots of questions, sharing experiences, and learning together!

And a special thank you to The Dwelling Place for the delicious coffee, tea, muffins and cookies! We still have a few treats left at Milford Rx Pharmacy, so if you’re stopping by today, come say hello and grab one!

I also have to share how much I enjoyed my time at The Dwelling Place. I went there to pick up the treats and ended up staying for a while to prepare for today’s session. The atmosphere was so peaceful and welcoming that it actually became the perfect little spot to study and prepare.

I truly love discovering and supporting local businesses — and I especially appreciate the people behind them.
