A huge thank you to Fitness Unlimited for hosting a phenomenal Pilates event yesterday! ✨ Not only was it a blast, but it reminded us why we love what we do. 🙌 As physical therapists, we're always learning. Experiencing different ways to move helps us better understand what we ask of our patients every day—and makes us even more excited to help them reach their goals. 💛

🎖️ What a morning at Castle Island!
Elliott Physical Therapy is proud to have supported the Boston Marine Corps Honor Run 5K for the 8th consecutive year — and this one holds a very special place in our hearts.

For our co-owner Patti Elliott, this race is deeply personal. Both her father and grandfather proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, making every mile on the South Boston waterfront a tribute to their service and sacrifice.

This year’s race honored the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Marine Corps and raised funds for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and Fisher House Boston — two incredible organizations supporting military families.

Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, and cheered. Semper Fi. 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate the strength, compassion, resilience, and love that mothers bring to their families, workplaces, and communities every single day. From cheering on the sidelines to caring for others before themselves, moms are often the heartbeat behind it all.
