Portico Healthnet Portico helps uninsured Minnesotans enroll in health insurance and navigate the complicated health care system.

Our certified MNsure Navigators provide free, personalized assistance and help clients find the most affordable coverage for their family. Portico can help you find out if you are eligible for affordable health care coverage and help you apply. We also provide information about where to find low cost medical, dental and mental health services and can connect you to other community resources. Our certified MNsure Navigators are in your community ready to help. Spanish, Hmong and Somali speakers are available, and interpreters for other languages can be arranged.​

Your support of Portico makes it possible for thousands of Minnesotans to get the health care they need. Last year, we screened over 11,000 uninsured Minnesotans for program eligibility, helping over 9,000 enroll in affordable health coverage. Since 1995, Portico has served more than 50,000 children, families, and adults, working toward health equity for all.

This year, with new challenges in accessing care, our work is more critical than ever. The ¡Salud! Gala on September 17 is an opportunity to help us ensure that our neighbors can continue to count on Portico for guidance, advocacy, and hope.
