MDD Nutrition At MDD Nutrition, our Dietitians will provide a personalized approach to meet your nutrition goals! Welcome! Some people will need more time, some less.

We are glad you have made the decision to improve your health through your nutrition. Please be patient with yourself and understand that effective lifestyle change and establishing new habits takes time. Evidence-based medicine shows a 6 month commitment is needed to shape new behaviors. That is the nature of personal nutrition and behavioral change. Everyone is different and has different needs.

Whatever your nutritional needs and goals are, that is what your personal RD (registered dietitian) will focus on. At MDD, you will be coached and educated on how and what to eat based on your personal eating habits, likes and dislikes. If you're committed; we're committed. That is our pledge to you!

Attention "Carb"ivores...

Try this whole foods Ezekiel bread for French toast! Dip 2 slices of bread in mixture of 1 egg and high protein dairy or plant based milk and cinnamon with pinch of vanilla. Sautee in pan. Serve with maple yogurt ( 2 tsp real maple syrup mixed in low sugar vanilla yogurt) and top with berries!
