Center for Hospice Care has entered into an affiliation with VNA Hospice NWI aimed at strengthening nonprofit hospice care across most of northern Indiana.

Center for Hospice Care and Visiting Nurse Association Hospice of Northwest Indiana today announced a legally binding strategic affiliation that will strengthen access to high-quality, compassionate hospice care across much of northern Indiana.

Milton Village is one resource for everyone. Milton Adult Day Services provides a safe environment for individuals needing support services during the day.
