🌱🥕 Growing Memories, Growing Together! 🥕🌱
What a fabulous day in our Memory Care community! 💚 We were thrilled to welcome Valerie Van De Zilver, who came to volunteer and partner with our residents for a wonderful planter gardening activity. Together, we planted a variety of vegetables that will be ready to harvest in just 4–6 weeks! 🌿✨
This activity is about so much more than gardening—it’s about creating meaningful moments, encouraging connection, and giving our residents the opportunity to nurture something from seed to harvest. 🌱 Our residents will even be able to share the vegetables they grow with our talented chefs, helping create a special farm-to-table experience by incorporating what we grow right into our meals! 👩‍🍳🥬
A huge THANK YOU to Home Depot for generously donating the soil and vegetable seeds for our Memory Care residents. Your support helps us create engaging, purposeful, and rewarding experiences for our community! 🧡
