💜 Volunteer Spotlight: Tina Nguyen 💜

This week, we’re excited to highlight one of our incredible volunteers, Tina Nguyen!

Tina loves volunteering at Victory Health Partners because it gives her the opportunity to help those in need while building meaningful relationships with our patients. Whether she’s sharing a smile, listening to someone’s story, or simply making patients feel seen and valued, Tina serves with compassion and kindness every step of the way.

Through her time at Victory, she has learned the true meaning of empathy and the importance of treating every patient with dignity. Watching our providers care for others has inspired her and strengthened her dream of becoming a physician one day.

Outside of Victory, Tina enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, running, and working crossword puzzles.

Happy early Birthday to our wonderful Nurse Practitioner, Bridgette Parker! We hope your upcoming birthday is filled with joy and many blessings.

This week, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on LeAnne Day!

For the past 8 years, LeAnne has faithfully served at Victory Health Partners with a true servant’s heart. Her kindness, dedication, and willingness to help others have made a lasting impact on our patients, volunteers, and staff.

When asked what she loves most about Victory, LeAnne shared that her favorite part is that everyone gets to pray together and work for the Lord. She also loves the way our team comes together to support one another while serving our community with compassion and purpose.

This month, we’re proud to recognize Ashleigh Ward, one of our wonderful Medical Assistants at Victory Health Partners!

Since joining our team in January 2026, Ashleigh has been a tremendous blessing to our clinic. Whether she’s working hard in the lab, assisting patients, or helping with the many responsibilities that come with being an MA, she always gives her best and does so with a positive attitude.

One thing you’ll always notice about Ashleigh is her smile. She brings kindness, encouragement, and warmth to those around her, making both patients and coworkers feel welcomed and cared for. Her dedication, hard work, and servant’s heart make a difference every single day.

✨ Volunteer Spotlight ✨

Meet Jerry! 🩺💜

Jerry is one of our dedicated triage volunteers and is currently a freshman pursuing his dream of becoming a physician. Recently, he had the incredible opportunity to shadow in the operating room and observe a craniotomy, giving him a firsthand look at the field he hopes to enter one day.

What stands out most about Jerry is his heart for serving others. He loves helping people and has quickly become a valued part of the Victory family.

When asked what he loves most about Victory Health Partners, Jerry shared that it’s the people. Coming from another country, building connections wasn’t always easy, but through Victory he has met so many wonderful people and made lasting friendships that have helped him feel at home.

We are grateful for Jerry’s servant heart, dedication, and willingness to learn. The future of healthcare is bright with students like him leading the way!

We are incredibly grateful to Rick and Kathy Cross and their small group for their generosity and support of Victory Health Partners!
