Our 74 bed center offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today's ever-changing health care environment. Monroe Health Services has been serving Green County since 1965 and is located in a residential neighborhood within two blocks of Monroe Clinic. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

We are honored to share that a family member of our late resident, Lila, has donated this beautiful bench in her memory. The bench is a wonderful reflection of who Lila was - she loved being outside, gardening, flowers, and she brought sunshine into our lives every day. With its bright sunflower design, it feels especially fitting to all of us that knew Lila. We would like to thank her family for their continued support and for helping us honor Lila's memory in such a meaningful way.

Residents & Staff are excited to celebrate Laura on her incredible achievement!
Laura has officially graduated and will soon be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

Laura has been a valued part of our team as a CNA for the last 3 years, and we are all so proud to see her hard work and dedication pay off. Her compassion, commitment, and genuine care for our residents truly make a difference every day.

Residents love her for her warm & caring personality; focusing on the small, but very important details that make them feel extra special, she brings a positive energy to our community every day!

Strike gold! Our residents searched through this fun Sensory Bin to discover hidden gems and treasures. Sensory activities like this help engage touch, sight, and movement while supporting fine motor skills and cognitive stimulation. Most importantly, it brought smiles, laughter and a little adventure to the day! Sometimes the smallest treasures bring the biggest smiles.

A HUGE thank you to Yellowstone Lutheran Church Women of the ECLA for their generous donation!

They sent the Activity Department a donation around Christmas and after a lot of thought, we decided to purchase something the residents could enjoy again and again — a slushie machine!

Yesterday, we made chocolate and shamrock shakes and we've already tried piña coladas, frozen juices and sodas. Residents are loving the sweet frozen treats, and we're so excited to keep making fun drinks and memories with it all year long, for years to come!
