Got any goals you want to hit before the end of the year?

I do!

For me, it’s focusing on maintaining my energy levels and staying strong through the holiday season.

As a cancer survivor, I know how crucial it is to keep my health at the forefront, especially during busy times.

Having something specific to work toward gives me that extra motivation, even when life gets a bit chaotic.

This time of year can feel overwhelming, but I like to remind myself that small, consistent efforts add up!

What about you?

What’s one health or wellness goal you’d LOVE to hit before the year is over? Whether it's taking daily walks with a friend, trying a new recipe, or starting a gentle stretching routine—I’d love to hear it! 👇

I think we all have a part of the day that tends to go off the rails. 😂

Mine might be different from yours, but once you know where it usually happens, it’s a whole lot easier to do something about it.

So I’m curious…

Only Have 15 Minutes? Do This.

The 15-Minute Workout for Women Over 50

Do a quick warm-up, then move through the circuit at a pace that allows you to maintain good form.

If there is an exercise you can not do, swap it out.

Rest as needed, then start back at the top.

Keep going until your 15 minutes are up.

CAPTION

If you only have 15 minutes to work out, USE those 15 minutes.

You don’t need to turn it into an hour for it to be beneficial—especially when managing chronic pain or mobility issues.

This circuit combines gentle movement with strength work to help you feel stronger and more energized.

Remember to warm up, set a timer for 15 minutes, and work through the exercises at your own pace.

No need to rush; take breaks when you need them, focus on your form, and enjoy the process.

Done is done! 🙌

📌 Save this one for the next day you almost skip your workout due to time constraints.

✅ Follow me for more quick and effective strategies tailored for women over 50 focused on improving strength, mobility, and energy!

I am NOT naturally an early bedtime person. 😂

If I’m not paying attention, I can easily look up and realize it’s 11:30 and I’m still answering messages or watching “just one more episode.”

So lately, I’ve been working on a realistic wind-down routine instead of pretending I’m suddenly going to love a 9 PM bedtime.

For me, that looks like: lights a bit lower, phone plugged in across the room, a cup of herbal tea, and giving my brain a chance to slow down instead of going straight from screen time to sleep.

As a two-time cancer survivor, I know firsthand how much sleep affects energy, pain, and recovery.

When I sleep better, my joints are calmer, my workouts feel better, and I’m way less likely to feel like I’ve hit a wall by mid-afternoon.

So no, I’m not the “in bed at 8:30” person… but I am the “working on small, doable changes so my future self feels better” person. 😂

What time do you usually go to bed? 👇

This is my client Marie, who I am proud and honored to say has been working with me for just over a year now! 🎉

Three of my favorite things about working with Marie:

She shows up for herself even on the hard days. Some of our best sessions have been on days when her joints were sore or her energy was low—but she still gave what she could.

She’s incredibly curious. She always wants to understand why we’re doing a certain exercise or breathing pattern, which lets us really tailor things to her body and her pain history.

She has the best dry sense of humor. If I ask her to do balance work, there’s usually a sarcastic comment first… and then she nails it. 😄

But mostly... I am just so proud of her consistency and how she’s learned to listen to her body without giving up on her goals.

Marie, it is an honor to be in your corner. Here's to year two of getting stronger, more mobile, and even more confident! 💪🥹

If you're ready to start your own journey, my Completely Fit 1:1 coaching program is designed for women over 50 who want to feel strong, mobile, and confident again—even if chronic pain or low energy has been holding them back.

A few things I’ve stopped doing this fall because I was making myself tired for no good reason 😂

Mostly trying to fill every spare second with something.

Checking my phone. Answering something. Listening to something. Getting one more thing done.

I’ve been leaving a little more space in my day instead.

Small pockets where I’m not doing anything “useful.”

And I like it.

What’s one thing you can stop doing this week that’ll help you slow down a little? 👇
