It’s time for another Budtender Spotlight, and this time we’re showing some love to 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻! 💚

𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂 𝗞𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗦𝗢
Damon loves a good OG strain and likes Hindu Kush for its overall sedative feel. In his words, It gets the job done!

Can’t argue with that. 😂👏

Outside of Skagit, you might catch him dabbing something from Green State or Royal Tree Gardens, but really, Damon says he 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹. We respect a man who refuses to be put in a cannabis box. 😂🌿

And now for our favorite part...the random stuff you’d probably never learn just ordering w**d from someone. 😂

Damon has a 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗼𝗿, he can draw and is apparently quite the 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 ✏️, AND he loves spicy lemon pepper wings. 🌶️🍗
Not just likes them, either.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝟭𝟬–𝟭𝟮 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.
Honestly, that might be the most impressive thing we learned during this interview. 😂

Ever crack open a hoppy b**r and notice that unmistakable earthy, woody, slightly spicy aroma? 🍺🌿

You may already know Humulene without even realizing it!

Humulene is a naturally occurring terpene found in hops, cannabis, sage, basil and other plants, and it’s known for its distinctly earthy, woody, herbal aroma with a little spice mixed in.

But instead of just telling you where you might find Humulene, we went looking through our own terpene testing. 👀

🌿 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗪𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗧.
Our White Widow CBG Platinum DOH+ tested with 2,000 ppm of Humulene, or approximately 0.20% of the profile.

And Humulene isn't hanging out there alone! This batch came in at an impressive 6% total terpenes, with:
✨ Terpinolene — 2.2%
🌿 Myrcene — 0.98%
🌶️ Caryophyllene — 0.49%
🌱 Humulene — 0.20%

The lab identified Terpinolene, Myrcene and Caryophyllene as the top three terpenes in this White Widow CBG batch.

There are some places that just feel like summer in Skagit Valley, and Snow Goose Produce is absolutely one of them.

What started as a barn-turned-produce stand on Fir Island Road in 1984 has grown into a beloved seasonal stop for locals and visitors alike. Now run by the second generation of the Rust family, Snow Goose is packed with an incredible selection of local produce and carefully curated goodies, including fresh and smoked seafood, baked breads, artisan cheeses, w**e and plenty of other treasures worth wandering around for.
