Coping in the Cottage is a division of Anne Marie Hall Counseling Services, LLC Arrive at your appointment ready to explore a variety of coping strategies

You might try out guided meditation, unleash your creativity at the art table, or see how it's possible to connect with nature by repotting a small houseplant

If you're feeling a bit restless, there's space for you to release those feelings too, whether it's by tearing up paper, trying out simple qi d**g poses, or enjoying a mindful walk in the peaceful, wooded yard (weather permitting)

Select from 30, 60, or 90-minute sessions. You are welcome to attend once or return multiple times
