🧠 June is Brain Health Month and we’re proud to partner with The Alzheimer's Association - Northern California and Northern Nevada to offer FREE, in-person educational sessions at the club.

Join us on Tuesday, June 9 at 2:30pm to learn about healthy habits for your brain; the brain-heart connection; why brain health is important at all ages, and how to build your personalized action plan for brain-healthy habits.

This presentation is open to the public and free for all. Registration is appreciated but not required.
