It takes a village. And what a wonderful village we have! 💙

A few months ago, we teamed up with for a school supply drive benefiting the . Seeing these smiling faces reminds us why showing up for our community matters just as much as showing up on our mats.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated, participated and helped us make a difference. Sometimes the smallest contributions can add up to something pretty wonderful.

We're proud to be part of a community that knows how to come together for a good cause. And we're always happy to find another reason to do it again!

🎉 We're turning ONE, and one day of celebrating just isn't going to cut it! 🎉

YogaSix Naples officially turns ONE on November 20, but why limit the fun to a single day when we can celebrate ALL MONTH LONG?

We've got some BIG FUN planned for November, and we can't wait to share what we're cooking up!

Hundreds of classes, thousands of downward dogs, a few questionable balance attempts, and one pretty amazing community later, we've got a lot to celebrate. And YOU are the reason!

So, we want to hear from you. What would make our first birthday month extra special? A party? A challenge? Something completely ridiculous we haven't thought of yet?

Drop your wildest ideas in the comments! We're open to suggestions, as long as they're legal. We'd prefer not to celebrate our second anniversary from prison. 😂

Oof this rain is no joke... There are flash floods hither and yon. While we always love seeing your smiling faces, we'd prefer that you be off the roads and out of this weather.

We're disappointed but we'll take your safety over anything else.

Apparently, you can take Parissa out of YogaSix Naples, but you cannot take Y6 Signature out of Parissa.

She’s away at a coaches retreat, and somewhere between all the learning, thinking and coaching, her body apparently said, “Cool. But when are we doing yoga?”

So naturally, Chair and Eagle made an unscheduled appearance. 😂

When you miss Y6 Signature so much that you start practicing it in the wild…

Don’t worry, Naples. She’ll be back on her mat soon. 💙

💗 FLOW FOR A CAUSE 💗

We believe doing good should feel good, too.

Join us Saturday, October 24 at 12pm for a special donation class benefiting the American Cancer Society in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Even better? The class will be led by our wonderful Michelle—a beloved YogaSix Naples teacher and courageous breast cancer survivor. 💗

Your $25 donation gets you a great class, a chance to rally around a cause that touches so many lives, and the very good feeling that comes from a room full of people showing up for something bigger than themselves.

100% of class proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.

On October 20 at 6 PM, we’re teaming up with Ellie Mental Health for Find Your Ground… an evening for your mind and your body.

We’ll start with a conversation about managing everyday stress, regulating emotions and focusing your energy on what you can actually control. Then we’ll get out of our heads and onto our mats for a gentle YogaSix flow designed to help you breathe, move and reconnect with your body.

Because sometimes the best response to 47 open tabs in your brain is to close a few. 🧠
