This Perinatal and Postpartum Group Therapy (IOP) for mothers meets Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1-4p CT. All sessions are virtual.

Led by a team of experienced medical and clinical providers, Athena Care’s perinatal groups create a safe, compassionate
environment for women to connect, share, and heal through guided support. Group leaders provide a unique perspective on the emotional and mental health challenges women face during pregnancy and motherhood to create an inclusive space of support and healing for all participants.
