Fresh flowers, vibrant colors, and plenty of artistic talent were on display during our flower arranging activity.

Residents transformed a variety of blooms into beautiful, one-of-a-kind arrangements, each reflecting their own creativity and style. The finished bouquets were every bit as impressive as the smiles they inspired.

A wonderful reminder that creativity has no age.

At SALMON Health and Retirement, our Ambassadors of Excellence are team members who go above and beyond to make a difference each day — and this week, we are proud to spotlight Rachel Coveney, recipient of the Team Spirit award at SALMON at Natick.

As Move-In Coordinator, Rachel brings compassion, energy, and heart to every resident and family she meets. She embodies our “Do More” philosophy in the way she guides each new resident through the move-in journey, offering support, reassurance, and a personal touch every step of the way.

Colleagues describe Rachel as a tremendous asset to the community who has truly blossomed in her role. Her positivity, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond have made such an impact that team members shared she deserves recognition for the way she consistently does more for others.

We are so grateful for Rachel’s team spirit and excited to see her continued growth and contributions at SALMON at Natick. Congratulations, Rachel!

Joy across generations! As our Natick campus continues our company wide SALMON “Generations of a Nation” initiative.

Each week our residents connect with children from our SALMON Center for Early Education—this week sharing laughter over a fun game of balloon volleyball.

These interactions don’t just brighten the day—they awaken memories, foster a sense of purpose, and bring fulfillment to everyone involved. It’s a beautiful reminder that across every generation, connection is what matters most.
