Take time slow down. I try to follow my dogs cues. He’s six years old and he always was calm. even as a puppy. He sleeps in he relaxes he plays. His walks are slow because he stops to smell and take his environment. We can learn a lot from our dogs and a lot from nature, slow down, breathe and enjoy.
