⚠️ COMMUNITY SCAM ALERT ⚠️

We have received reports of fraudulent phone calls appearing to come from our hospital and clinic phone numbers. In some cases, callers may reference appointment details or ask for insurance and personal information.

Please know:
• Caller ID numbers can be spoofed
• Our staff will never pressure you to provide sensitive information unexpectedly
• If something feels off, trust your instincts

If you ever question whether a caller is truly from our hospital or clinics:
➡️ Hang up immediately
➡️ Call the clinic directly using the number listed on our official website, patient paperwork, or previous communications

One patient reported a caller referencing an appointment time but providing incorrect provider information and requesting insurance details. When questioned, the caller disconnected.

We might not have skyline views, but we do have front porch conversations, familiar faces, and patients who feel like family.

In a small-town hospital, care hits different. It’s your neighbor walking you to radiology. It’s a nurse who knows your kids’ names. It’s the providers who wave when they see you at the grocery store.
It’s healing, close to home, with a heart you can actually feel.
