This week is Men's Health Week and we want to talk about something men don't always talk about. 💙

Grief.

Caring for a spouse, a parent, or a sibling with a serious illness takes an enormous emotional and physical toll. Men often carry that silently - toughing it out, not asking for help, not processing loss until it becomes overwhelming.

At Hope Hospice, our Men's Peer Support Coffee Group meets every 3rd Wednesday. No agenda. No pressure. Just coffee and honest conversation with people who understand.

For children ages 7–12 who have experienced the death of a loved one, Camp HavenHeart is a place to laugh, remember, make friends, and know they are not alone.
