We celebrated Strawberry Shortcake day with build your own Strawberry Shortcake. We also learned that a single strawberry can average 200 tiny seeds across its surface, 8 strawberries have more Vitamin C than an orange. There is a Japanese strawberry that is called Bijin-Hime(meaning beautiful princess) it cost is up to 500.00 for 1 strawberry.

For National Cheese Day, residents enjoyed sampling a variety of cheeses, including Muenster, Baby Swiss, Sharp Cheddar and more. All though they could not pick just one cheese to win we decided that they all were our favorites.
