Sciatic Nerve Glides + Myofascial Decompression ⚡️🤗

Typically with radiating Sciatic Nerve pain down the leg you will also experience tissue tightness and possibly numbness and tingling 🤕

Performing nerve glides will not only help reduce symptoms but improve mobility. Adding cupping is the chef’s kiss on top with further tissue circulation and desensitization 👨‍🍳🤌🏼

Radiating leg pain can also be coupled with poor tolerance to bending forward. This position modification can be an absolute game changer for those with flexion intolerance 🙌🏻
