A glimpse into our roots 🤍

This historic photo captures a Sister and aides in what would become the St. Joseph (originally Mosely) Clinic in the 1950s, later evolving into Pointe Coupee General Hospital. The Sisters of St. Joseph played a vital role in shaping healthcare in New Roads, serving at the Clinic in their white habits, while their fellow Sisters at St. Joseph Academy dedicated themselves to education in black and white habits.

Their compassion and commitment laid the foundation for the care we continue to provide today.
