We’re excited to offer outpatient wound care services at New Ulm Medical Center, providing specialized care for complex and slow-healing wounds close to home.

Led by Amanda Goblish, NP, in collaboration with Dr. Kristina Fisher, our team delivers personalized, team-based care to support faster healing and better outcomes.

Services are available in New Ulm and Springfield and include care for chronic wounds, pressure injuries, diabetic wounds and post-surgical needs. Talk with your primary care provider to learn more or request a referral—we’re here to support healing every step of the way.

April was National Volunteer Month, and we celebrated with a special appreciation event honoring our volunteers. In 2025, approximately 22 volunteers contributed a total of 2,580 hours of service.

We’re pleased to welcome Alicia Meinzer, LICSW, to the outpatient Mental Health department at Allina Health New Ulm Medical Center!

Alicia brings a strong focus on human connection and evidence‑based care to support patients through life transitions and mental health challenges. She provides therapy for concerns including anxiety, depression and parent‑child relational issues with an emphasis on compassionate, patient‑centered care.
