Feeling tension on the inside of your elbow or forearm? This flexor-side stretch can help release tightness commonly associated with golfer’s elbow - something we often see from gripping, lifting, typing, workouts, and repetitive daily movement.

Try this:
✨ Extend your arm in front of you
✨ Use one finger to gently press into the opposite side of the elbow/flexor area
✨ Slowly move the palm of the arm you’re pressing
✨ Explore the movement gently until you feel the stretch and release through the forearm

You should feel this along the flexor side of the forearm and near the inside of the elbow 😌

Carrying stress in your shoulders? Tight upper traps are one of the most common tension patterns we see at PRESS — especially from desk work, workouts, and everyday stress.

This seated stretch helps release the muscles between your shoulder and the base of your neck while improving neck mobility and relieving tension. ✨

Try this:
✨ Sit on a chair and hold underneath the seat with one hand
✨ Use your opposite hand to gently guide your head toward the other side
✨ Slightly look toward that side, then down
✨ Keep bending in the opposite direction until you feel the stretch
✨ Breathe deeply and keep the movement gentle

You should feel this right between the shoulder and the base of the neck 😌
