We do so much more than tell people what to eat. We truly care about the well-being and health of our members!

We are licensed professionals. We have studied for years to understand nutrition and how it affects the body and medical conditions. We are required to continue our education every year.

Dietitians aren’t here to judge you or shame you for your situations, relationship to food, weight, or struggles. We are medical experts here to support you.

Anyone can say they are a nutritionist online. That does not mean that they have the certification to truly support your goals.

From social media hype to just plain bad advice... it can be hard for true RDs to cut through the noise.

Someone with the education, training, and expertise to know how to manage your nutrition and set you up for success! When basing your diet off of calories... there’s so much to keep in mind. Let’s learn from , Bobbie Earles, MBA, RDN!

Low calorie foods aren’t all bad, but there is a way to choose the right foods that are filling over foods of the same caloric value but leave you wanting more.

Think things like:

🥗 A full plate of raw veggies (100 cals) vs a handful of nuts (100 cals) 🥜
🍇 A full serving of grapes vs a serving of dried fruit 🍽️
🍗 A plate of grilled chicken vs a serving of cheese 🧀

Choosing foods and meals that incorporate balance will help you stay full longer, and still meet your nutrition goals!

Here are some practical ways to set yourself up for success when it comes to balancing your blood sugar:

💤 Better sleep

Gut health is all the rage right now, and rightfully so!

Gut health is so important. Did you know your gut:

regulates metabolism 🏃‍♀️
plays a role in mental health 🧠
optimizes digestion 🍴

There are so many reasons it’s important to prioritize your gut. And unlike what you may read on social media, it doesn’t take tons of fancy products or supplements to do so.

Here are some easy ways to improve gut health strictly by what you do and do not include in your diet! Remember, everything in balance... but it is important to enjoy sweets, treats, and things on the bottom of the list in moderation.

Boosting things on the top of the list in your diet can help improve your gut health!
