June is Men’s Health Awareness Month, and honestly, this conversation is long overdue.

Over the years, I started noticing the same frustrating pattern with so many clients over 35.

They were working hard.
Trying to eat better.
Trying to lose weight.
Trying to get their energy back.

But despite their efforts, the belly fat wasn’t moving, the exhaustion kept getting worse, and their blood sugar numbers slowly started creeping up.

And the worst part?
Most had no idea that stress, insulin resistance, hormones, sleep, and lifestyle habits were all connected.

Instead, many were told to simply “eat less,” “exercise more,” or ignore the symptoms altogether.

Once they finally understood what was *actually* happening inside their body, everything started to make more sense — and they were finally able to stop fighting against themselves.

That’s exactly why I created this free workshop for Men’s Health Awareness Month:

🔥 Why Men Struggle with Belly Fat, Low Energy and Blood Sugar After 35

In this workshop, we’ll talk about:
✔️ Why metabolism changes after 35
✔️ The hidden connection between stress, hormones, and blood sugar
✔️ Why “eat less and exercise more” stops working
✔️ Simple shifts that actually support energy, focus, and metabolic health

Today in the US, we honor the people who gave everything for the people and the life they loved.

And whether Memorial Day is something you celebrate personally or today just feels like another Monday…

I want to ask you something.

When was the last time YOU decided your health was worth fighting for?

Not with perfection.
Not with another “starting Monday” promise.
Not with punishment disguised as wellness.

But with real intention.

Because here’s what I’ve learnt working with hundreds of clients:
The people who finally lower their A1C…
The people who lose the weight that felt impossible…
The people who get their energy, confidence, and spark back…

Are rarely the people with the “perfect” circumstances.

They’re the people who made one decision:
“My health matters enough to stop putting myself last.”

That’s it.

One decision.
One conversation.
One step.

And no, not because they suddenly became more disciplined.

But because they finally stopped waiting for the “perfect time” to prioritize themselves.

Let’s be real…

Six months from now, your life and health can look wildly different.
But the shift usually starts smaller than people think.

A conversation.
A plan.
Clarity.

So if this post hit home for you today…
If you’re tired of feeling stuck, exhausted, frustrated, or confused about what your body actually needs…

Comment CLARITY below 💙
And let’s talk about what’s actually possible for you.

Okay…many of my clients feel like quitting.

They tried it all, so why would MY strategy work for them?

Because it’s not cookie cutter.
Because it’s not created by AI.
Because it’s science based but adjusted to your life.

Now, that moment when my clients realize that they completely shifted not just their A1c levels but their energy and focus and all while still having food they enjoy…it’s amazing

Coming from failure after failure it is hard that shifts that don’t feel extreme would actually work.

400+ coached clients later…newsflash. It works!

DM me if you want the details to make YOUR story ending different. One that doesn’t end in failure 🙂 …so you can feel like a snack but not be looking for a snack every hour 🤣

Your health journey is about so much more than chasing a smaller number on the scale.

Especially in the age of GLP-1 conversations, it’s easy to forget that true progress also looks like:
✨ more energy
✨ fewer cravings
✨ clearer thinking
✨ better sleep
✨ confidence around food
✨ feeling in control of your habits again

Yes, weight loss can be part of the picture.
But sustainable transformation happens when you start feeling better in your body… not just lighter on paper.

Celebrate the non-scale victories too. They matter more than you think. 💙

Healthy habits don’t fail because you “lack discipline.”
Most of the time, your cravings are trying to tell you something.

Low protein.
Blood sugar swings.
Stress.
Skipping meals.
Not eating enough during the day and then suddenly wanting every snack in the kitchen at night. 👀

That’s exactly why I created my Blood Sugar Balancing Snacks List.

Simple snack ideas that actually help keep you full, satisfied, and more stable… without turning your kitchen into a diet prison.

The internet keeps turning nutrition into extremes.

One minute it’s:
“Eat more protein.”

The next:
“Protein obsession has gone too far.”

But here’s what I see all the time with busy professionals and people trying to manage blood sugar:

They’re not eating TOO much protein.

They’re skipping breakfast.
Running on coffee.
Eating meals that don’t keep them full.
Then fighting cravings and energy crashes later in the day.

For many people, aiming for around 25–30g of protein per meal is not extreme.
It’s simply helping create meals that are more balanced, satisfying, and supportive for blood sugar and energy.

And no… protein and vegetables are not competing.

You can absolutely build a plate with:
✔️ protein
✔️ fiber
✔️ vegetables
✔️ healthy fats
✔️ carbs

Nutrition should match YOUR lifestyle, health goals, activity level, and needs.

But let’s stop acting like eating enough protein is automatically the problem when so many people are still under-eating it completely.

DM me the word PROTEIN and I’ll send you the simple formula I use to help people assess whether they may actually be under-eating protein for their ne

Stop thinking that nutrition is the only factor that impacts your blood sugar, A1c levels and extra weight.

Sleep and its quality can impact your mood, energy and hormones.

Stress can keep you in that fight or flight mode that literally tells your body you are being chased by a tiger 🐯

If you are doing things right but nothing is working, book an emotional assessment session with me.

One hour. $99 USD. A personalized strategy (not a cookie cutter or AI generated “strategy”) but something that will work for YOU.
