I went outside.

Yes, our bodies change.
Yes, we need to be more mindful, intentional, and consistent in how we care for ourselves.

But I refuse to believe that a number alone should define our limits.

Recently, I hiked different volcanos in Sicily. There were moments when I had to push myself beyond what felt comfortable… moments when my mind whispered, “Maybe this is too hard for your age.”

And yet, I kept going.

Not because I’m superhuman.
But because over the years I’ve invested in my health, my resilience, my strength, my nervous system, and my energy.

The body responds to how we care for it consistently, not just occasionally.

I don’t want to simply age.
I want to stay alive inside my body.
Strong enough to explore.
Curious enough to keep growing.
Resilient enough to keep climbing mountains — literally and emotionally.

As we age, new challenges appear.
Bodies change.
