☕ . I had the chance to do it again with my babies here's what I would do... ✨1. No swaddling. Sadly swaddling interferes with the startle/moro reflex. Babies NEED to use this reflex for it to integrate and mature their brains!! 2. Build brain connections for future learning. The brain training I used for children, using cutting-edge techniques, to boost academic abilities and confidence, was based on the developmental movements they should have done as babies. Today babies just aren't receiving the stimulation they need. I see it in my work all the time. They aren't developing to their fullest potential. 3 Start between birth and 7 months. That's why I always recommend learning how to to do this before the baby comes so that you are totally ready to start .It makes a huge difference.
