Today we honor the strength of women and the importance of early breast cancer detection. Women deserve accessible information, supportive care, and screening options that empower them to protect their health. Breast Cancer Awareness Day is a reminder to listen to your body, ask questions, and take steps that support your well being.

Connecting with the community is one of the most important parts of our work. Fall Fest gave our Columbus East team another chance to share a meal and spend time with people who care about supporting one another.

Thank you to everyone who came out and showed support for BrightView Columbus East last week.☀️

When someone you love needs mental health or addiction support, access makes all the difference. That’s why Kentucky’s nearly $17 million in new federal funding to strengthen mental health and addiction services statewide matters.

Rhonda Roper joined FOX56 to break down what this funding could mean for families across Kentucky, and where more work is still needed to make treatment truly accessible.

Wi******er has HOPE. 💜

This weekend, our Wi******er, VA team joined the community for the annual Addicted to Hope Rally, an evening centered on hope, healing, connection, and the belief that recovery is possible.

The event brought together people in recovery, families, community partners, and local organizations committed to supporting those impacted by addiction.

The evening concluded with a moving candlelight vigil honoring those whose lives have been lost to overdose.

We’re proud of our Wi******er team for continuing to show up, build connections, and remind people throughout the community that recovery is possible and no one has to face addiction alone.

Mental health and substance use don’t always exist separately.
Depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns can affect someone’s recovery journey, just as substance use can affect mental well-being.
During Mental Illness Awareness Week, we’re highlighting the importance of seeing and treating the whole person, not just one diagnosis.
That means listening without judgment, reducing stigma, and making it easier for people to talk about what they’re experiencing and ask for help.
Mental health matters in recovery, too.

Last week, our Youngstown team took some time to celebrate our patients, and the smiles say it all. 💛

Recovery is about so much more than treatment. It’s about connection, support, and knowing you don’t have to do it alone.

It feels good to show up for someone, but it can mean even more when someone shows up for you.

Our patients deserve to know they are seen, valued, and cared for, not just during celebrations like this, but every day, through the good days and the hard ones.

And yes… even when they lose at co****le. 😊

Thank you to our Youngstown team for creating moments of connection and reminding our patients that recovery is worth celebrating.

Depression doesn’t always look like sadness.
It can show up as low energy, isolation, changes in sleep, loss of interest, or simply feeling unlike yourself.
For someone in recovery, paying attention to mental health can be an important part of staying on track.
As we recognize Depression Awareness Month, we’re sharing this conversation as a reminder that mental health deserves attention, support, and open conversation too.

National Recovery Month may be coming to an end, but recovery doesn’t stop when September does.
Every day, people are taking steps forward, rebuilding relationships, asking for help, supporting someone they love, and creating lives in recovery.
And every day, the work continues to reduce stigma, expand access to treatment, and remind people that recovery is possible.
To everyone in recovery, everyone working toward it, and everyone supporting someone along the way: we’re with you.
Recovery happens every day. And we’ll keep showing up every day, too.
