Great news! I am an approved in-network provider with MultiPlan PPO network. MultiPlan partners with various insurance plans, and coverage can vary. Still, it helps expand the providers you can choose from for services. If your insurance card has one of these logos, you can call the phone number on your card for details of benefits and copay information. Then, if you choose…we can set up an appointment for starting or continuing your journey for progress and healing.

I am also in-network with United Healthcare, Aetna and soon with Anthem.
