Today’s surgery: a more subtle approach to the Brazilian Butt Lift, designed for a patient with a naturally leaner frame.

A BBL isn’t always about creating dramatic volume. For patients with less available body fat, the goal can be strategic liposuction and precise fat transfer to enhance shape, improve proportions, and create natural-looking contour that complements the patient’s existing anatomy.
