Come hang out with us at the YMCA for Coffee & Community on the first Wednesday of every month from 9:00–10:00 a.m! Grab a coffee, pastry, say hi to Lynn, learn about our services at The Meadows, and get your blood pressure checked!

Yesterday was another great Coffee & Community morning at the Y! ☕💙
We loved getting the chance to visit with folks who stopped by. Guests also had the opportunity to check in on their health with blood pressure checks and $5 InBody Body Composition Scans.

The Just for Fun Singers are back this coming Tuesday, and they know how to put on a show! From timeless classics to seasonal favorites, this talented group of local volunteers fills The Meadows with music, smiles, and plenty of toe-tapping fun on the first Tuesday of every month at 2:30 PM in the Lower Granada.

🎵 Whether you know every word or just love great music, there's a seat waiting for you! Residents, families, friends, and community members are all invited to join us for an afternoon of music, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

There is nothing quite like a night by the fire, filled with music and good company. 🔥

Residents at The Meadows gathered around a blazing bonfire for an evening of s'mores and live music from Paul Siebert, who impressed everyone with his ability to play over eight different instruments. Between the crackling fire and the music, the evening turned into one of great friendship and connection.
