📋 Clinical Leadership Position

Are you an experienced clinical leader passionate about helping women and their children navigate substance use recovery? Community Choices Inc. is seeking a qualified Program Director to lead a grant-funded substance use treatment program serving women and their children.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leading clinical services, supporting staff development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing program quality and grant accountability.

Minimum Qualifications — All Required:
✔ Master’s degree in a clinical or behavioral health field
✔ Active North Carolina licensure in Substance Use Counseling
✔ Minimum of 5 years of clinical supervision experience
✔ Demonstrated experience in substance use treatment programming
✔ Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
✔ Valid North Carolina driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past 3 years

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical and program oversight
• Supervise and develop clinical staff
• Monitor quality improvement and regulatory compliance
• Oversee grant reporting and program outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, DSS, and community partners
