Thanks to Kira's creativity, participants recently enjoyed a very spooky Halloween season. Duchess created mummy cupcakes, and Peekskill had a costume Party filled with laughter.

Respite care gives caregivers a chance to recharge while their loved ones enjoy meaningful activities, build friendships, and have fun in a safe, supportive environment. Whether it's after school, on evenings, or weekends, respite provides families with peace of mind and a well-deserved break from caregiving responsibilities.

What a wonderful evening at our 2026 Transition & Resource Fair! 💚

We’re also so grateful to Wappingers Junior High School for welcoming us and providing the space to host this year’s fair, and to all of the incredible vendors and community partners who joined us.

Our first-ever Harvest Hoedown had a little bit of everything: face painting, tattoos, bowling, ring toss, c***r & donuts, raffles, and of course… plenty of dancing!

And a BIG shoutout to Christine for making it all happen! Thanks to her, the Capital Region enjoyed its very first Harvest Hoedown!

Walking together. Supporting together. Making strides together. 🎀💗

What an amazing way to celebrate 45 years! This Sunday, our team, along with family and friends, joined the Westchester community for our first-ever Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.

And we have even more to celebrate: together, we raised an incredible $4,413, surpassing our $4,000 goal! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who walked, donated, shared, cheered us on, and supported us along the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better first Making Strides experience.

Here’s to 45 years of service, community, and making a difference together! 💕

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), and this year's theme, "Celebrating Value and Talent," highlights the many contributions people with disabilities make in our communities and workplaces.
