🍂 Are you ready for your very own private Sound Bath?

This morning’s sound bath intention was to stay rooted in stillness.
To remember that what’s happening around us doesn’t have to disturb what’s happening within us. Life will always be moving, changing, and asking things of us, but inner peace comes from staying connected to yourself through it all.

So come join me for select Sunday mornings in October. We’ll sip tea, do some intention setting, and zen out to a calming sound bath.

When I first envisioned these one-on-one sound bath sessions, I knew I wanted to incorporate a tea offering as a way to gently ground and connect you to the present moment. Your private session is about more than just sound, it’s an immersive experience that weaves together multiple healing modalities. Each element is thoughtfully designed to support your nervous system, so you leave feeling deeply grounded, calm, and restored. ✨

✨Ready for your own private sound bath?

Welcome to Loft Zen Sessions - something I’ve been deeply passionate about creating and this is just the beginning.

While I’ve loved holding space for larger groups over the last couple of years, I’ve found myself truly drawn to one-on-one sessions. There’s something powerful about that connection - being able to support each individual in gently shifting their nervous system and guiding them into a calm, grounded state. This truly is my “why.” Helping others heal through the beautiful power of sound.

As a full time working professional, my availability is currently limited to early mornings and afternoons on the weekends.

DM me to book your spot and come zen out with me. Payments are rendered at the end of your session.

Tea + Vibes 🤎
I may not share about my wellness offerings often, but trust me, the dreaming hasn’t stopped.

This winter has been quiet, slow, and deeply nourishing. I’ve been resting, reflecting, and letting new visions gently take shape.

Stillness has been medicine.
Slowness has been sacred.
And I can feel it… something beautiful is unfolding. ✨

✨Retreat to Italy.
✨Return to Yourself.

Over the years, working in bo***ir photography helped me reconnect with my confidence, yoga taught me to return to my body, and sound baths opened a space for deep healing I didn’t even know I needed. These practices changed me, and now they’re the tools that Jay and I are honored to share with others in Italy.

Join us this April for our Soulful Italy retreat, where we’ll explore all of these powerful experiences together and awaken a version of you that feels grounded, radiant, and fully alive.

Are you ready to join us? 🇮🇹
