Hello Fly High family ! We were all pumped up and ready to do a fun water week this week. However, tropical storm Bertha pending has made us halt for now. 😥
No worries we will have a back to school water week as soon as we can. ❤️

Pawsitive Connections is back and we’re teaming up with Visiting Pet Teams of South Mississippi Pet Therapy Group again.

This one is for children and young adults ages 3 to 21 with different abilities and their families. We’ll start with a meet and greet with the therapy dogs, then each participant can choose a stuffed dog or cat to adopt.

After that, we’ll have a few activity stations where you can make a couple things for your new pet, plus an adoption certificate to take home.

Registration is now open for 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 & 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟓(𝐢).

We’re trying something new with this one and offering it 𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, because we know getting to an in-person event isn’t always doable for caregivers and families. The goal is simple: make caregiver education easier to access, while still giving y’all practical, usable info.

𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐮𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟓 𝐚𝐭 𝟏𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝐀𝐌 for a virtual presentation on the Mississippi Medicaid Waiver Program and the Community Support 1915(i) Program. We’ll cover what services are available, who these programs support, how eligibility is determined, and what the referral/application process looks like.

We’re planning to include a Q&A at the end (time permitting). You can submit questions ahead of time when you register. This session will be recorded, and registered attendees will receive a confirmation email with the webinar link and passcode.
