✨Choosing placenta encapsulation doesn't have to feel overwhelming, we're here to make the process as seamless as possible.

Jennifer, our certified placenta encapsulation specialist and birth doula, will personally care for your placenta every step of the way.

✨Here's how it works:

🤍 After your baby is born, Jennifer will arrange to pick up your placenta from your place of birth.

🤍 She'll carefully inspect it to ensure it is healthy and safe for processing.

🤍 Your placenta will then be prepared with the utmost care into the products you've selected-whether that's capsules, a tincture, a salve, or a combination of all three.

🤍 By day 3 postpartum, your finished products will be delivered directly to you so you can begin using them during your recovery.

Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and convenient experience so you can focus on what matters most-healing, bonding with your baby, and settling into this new chapter.

Each labor and birth is different. We can help navigate the expected and unexpected. So grateful for the kind words shared and so glad we could achieve the most crucial goals and have a positive look back at a beautifully strong labor and delivery.

"My husband and I hired Alecia as our doula late in my pregnancy - 34 weeks. We are so thankful we made the last minute decision to hire her! Leading up to birth, she was so warm, relatable, and knowledgeable. Her passion for birth work is evident from the moment you meet her. For the birth itself, she was supportive and very available throughout the entire process. Her support helped my husband and I feel empowered in our decision making and look back very positively on our birth experience, which we were unsure we could given my circumstances of having to be unexpectedly induced. Early on in the induction, she offered emotional support and medical expertise via phone/text that helped us achieve the gentle induction I desired. During active labor, in the thick of intense, high-dosage Pitocin contractions, she knew exactly how to guide my husband in supporting me and how to speak to me in a way that helped me to relax during and between contractions. My top priority for birth was healthy baby and healthy mom, but I also deeply desired a natural labor and delivery with no pain meds. While it was completely out of everyone's control that I couldn't go into labor on my own, I was able to achieve all my other goals for birth, and my husband and I owe much of that credit to Alecia's warm, calm, knowledgeable presence during labor. We will forever be grateful to her and Lake Country Birth for helping us bring our perfect, sweet son into the world. We would recommend Lake Country Birth without hesitation, and we are confident all of the doulas there make an excellent addition to any birth team."
