In Loving Memory of Diana Lynn Davis
Diana Lynn Davis was born on March 30, 1967, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Daniel Davis and RoseBud Merriweather. She was the sixth of four sisters and two brothers on her mother’s side and the second of three sisters on her father’s side. Growing up, Diana attended Oklahoma City Public Schools, where she ran track and played basketball. She graduated early from Frederick A. Douglass High School in 1985. Upon graduating, Diana stepped into one of the most important roles of her life being a mother and presumably cared for her daughter. She later continued her education at Metro Tech and obtained an associates in dental hygienist. She worked as a Dietician for Mercy Hospital and Presbyterian OU for most of her working years and later worked as a daycare teacher. Diana loved to travel, listen to R&B music, work out,try new restaurants and watch Law & Order: SVU. She loved the show so much that she would fall asleep watching it and if you wanted to wake her up, all you had to do was turn it off. But above everything else, Diana loved her family. Diana was a hard worker, a hustler, some might say and she always found a way to make things happen, even when they seemed impossible. No matter what life placed in front of her, she kept going. Tamara Monè Wright was born on November 21, 1963, in Sacramento, California, to Virgil Hill and Edith Mae LaCroix. On August 30, 2026, after a courageous three-year battle with pancreatic cancer, Tamara peacefully completed her earthly journey, leaving behind a beautiful legacy of faith, family, friendship, perseverance, and love.

Tamara Monè was immensely proud of her California roots and the communities that helped shape the woman she became. She grew up in Baldwin Hills and La Puente Valley, California, places she carried with pride throughout her life. Her California upbringing was more than simply where she lived. It was part of her identity, filled with family, friendships, experiences, and memories that helped form her strong sense of self. No matter where life took her, Tamara Monè never forgot where she came from.

Tammy Gee-Bush, 59, of Edmond, OK passed away the morning of September 2, 2026 in Edmond, OK.
Tammy was born August 23, 1967 in Pampa, TX to Royce Gee and Karen Kennedy and graduated from Edmond High School in 1985. Tammy was a multi-talented woman who inspired happiness and joy in others. She gave birth to a son, Gzeramee Bush of Oklahoma City in 1989. She was married to Orlando Bush on July 11, 1997 in Oklahoma City, OK. Tammy loved to travel and to spend time with family especially her granddaughters Emilee and Triniti Bush. She was lover of her mother, music, the lord and new adventures. She was well known to be the "Mouth of the South" who loved her Texas Longhorns and making sure she called and talked to everyone as much as possible. To try and sum up the character of Tammy would require a novel of words, but I can say that Tammy never met a stranger and was always willing to help those in need. In the last weeks of her life, Tammy spent time helping the elderly in her role working with Visiting Angels of Oklahoma City. Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Royce Gee.
